Nikki Shailly

I'm a creative chameleon, illustrator, maker and curator who loves colour, pattern and play. I love to take inspiration from bright primary colours and bold designs, whether bauhaus or vintage children's book illustrations. I run an arts company called Originary Arts based in Brighton by the seaside. I like to create designs and tell stories that appeal to all ages but especially children and families. I enjoy mixed media, collage, printmaking, paper craft and drawing with ink, crayon and paint, including window art with Poscas of which I have several exhibitions.
