I stumbled into making chocolates after a failed attempt to make molded chocolate Eiffel Towers. Most of my professional life focused on creating educational children's TV, games, apps, and other media. I've always loved to cook and bake, but chocolate making has captured my imagination I love the process of creating new flavors and designs, and providing something that makes other people happy.
