Monah Li

I am a fashion designer, but for all of my sometimes very successful career, I couldn’t draw my designs at all. I started to finally learn fashion illustration on YouTube a little more then two years ago.
One year ago, I moved from Los Angeles to Santa Fe in New Mexico, leaving the fashion business with mass production behind me. I got back into upcycling and designing oneofakind dresses again, but what I now love more then anything is painting.
Until the pandemic closed everything down, I sold my dresses and illustrations every Sunday at the Artisan Market at the Railyard in Santa Fe.
