Dmytro Bielopolskyi

I'm an art director and graphic designer from Ukraine. For more than 20 years I've worked mostly in marketing and advertisement. In 2018 with partners, I launched an independent creative agency Nos to provide services in communication strategy development, branding, visual identity, packaging, and graphic and motion design. I value the core role of creativity in shaping products and services, so the creative approach is my primary tool. The other device I use frequently is design thinking and human-centered design.
Also, I've been teaching graphic design students design thinking and creative technics for almost 3 years being a mentor in the School of Visual Communication (Kyiv, Ukraine). The problematic issue that I admit is there are no professional associations (such as AIGA in the USA for instance) to range the professional level of certificated graduates of design schools.
I observe the current trend of national cultural and historical heritage to inspire Ukrainian designers who use it at local and global levels to meet the greater consumer demand for it.
