Michael Romanos

Trained as an architect and an economist, I taught city planning in American universities for 40 years, travelled, advised and consulted in countries all over the world, and retired from academia in 2012. Since then I have devoted my life and energies to art in its many forms. I am a woodworker who carves, turns in a lathe and builds furniture. And I draw and paint, taking art classes often and working hard to improve my composition, my drawing and painting skills, my technique and my means of expression.
