Kristina Zvierieva

My name is Kristina Zvierieva, and I am a photographer from Ukraine. I was born and live in Kyiv, a city that I consider to be one of the most wonderful places in the world. Kyiv’s vibrant and diverse character has profoundly shaped my visual sensibilities and artistic vision.

What inspires me most as a photographer is the ability to find beauty in the most ordinary aspects of life, in places where most people might not even think to look. I am fascinated by capturing the everyday scenes that surround us — ordinary buildings we live in, streets we walk by, and spaces that have become just visual noise in our daily lives.

I enjoy exploring these familiar environments, searching for intriguing lines, discovering unexpected colors, and creating images that might resemble computer graphics but are actually reflections of the real world around us. For me, the beauty lies in observing these elements closely and seeing them in a new light.

Through my work, I aim to encourage others to look deeper into their surroundings, to appreciate the hidden artistry in the mundane, and to see the world with fresh eyes. I believe that there is an extraordinary beauty in the ordinary, and my photographs are an invitation to rediscover and celebrate that beauty.
