i am delighted by human nature and the operation of the whole universe. and i use writing and the classroom as a way to expand this curiosity about everything there is through connection with more people.

Human development and content production are always the backbone of my professional life. Which has taken me to act in a plethora of areas at the same time, creating texts, audios and videos, classes for higher education at Colleges and Universities, my own website/blog, courses and books, and also for content big Brazilian websites. Self-awareness, creativity, health, food, feminine issues, and spirituality are the themes that became my main focus.

As a catalyst of human development, I care to spread significant and high-quality knowledge and to provide experiences that contribute to the well living of people.

I have created the Creative Consciousness methodology as a professor at post-graduation course Creativity & Complex Environment, at ESPM-SP (Advertisement and Marketing Superior College, in São Paulo – Brazil). I believe that, through nurturing self-awareness and relational intelligence, we are more able to navigate our emotions through out the creative process to have full access to our creative power. And, in that way, to act like leaders and parts of compassionate teams to get results that contribute to the natural equilibrium of interdependence and regenerative culture.

I have worked for more than ten years as a Integrative Health specialist. I am certified as health coach by Institute for Integrative Nutrition and American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

With more than 15 years in the corporate world, in Advertisement, and in a non-governmental organization, I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Espírito Santo Federal University, and specialization in Corporate Communications, and in Responsible Management for Sustainability as also a MBA from Dom Cabral Foundation – one of the best business schools in the country). I also studied Written Arts in New University of Lisbon.

I also attended several entrepreneurship courses both in Brazil and the USA, as well I am a certified Reiki Master by International Reiki Association, and as a Yoga Instructor by Yoga Alliance/AYSCP.

Everything that is related to food and TV shows have a special place in my heart and in my days, joined by the most meaningful relationships that I have.
