Manon de Visser

As a scientist, I am trained to be very precise and critical - and serious - about my work. I highly enjoy my life as a biologist; I get to investigate animal behavior and genetics, I get to visit the most amazing places in nature and I get to do what I love: research, discover, analyze and write. In my work I can be creative, but I also like to take that more literally in my private life. I do theatre, body art and special make-up effects for fun. And in this course I hope to learn more about watercolor painting, which I would love to apply to animals and complete the circle going from science to work to hobby to science!
