Michelle Allen

I mainly think of myself as a mother - kids grown - grandmother, urban planner, and musician. My planning degree is in urban design and in school I did some architectural sketching and pencil drawings. I love my work in the field of affordable housing which is very technical and includes a lot of spreadsheets, legal documents and legal compliance. To balance this I play guitar and banjo, sing, and do some woodworking. I have always been interested in exploring watercolor. I love the fluid flowing soft nature of the medium.
