Mário Meireles

Good afternoon,

My name is Mário Meireles and I have a degree in Communication and Multimedia Technologies at Instituto Superior da Maia. During my academic career I developed skills such as complex problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, creativity and visualization.

Since I was eight years old I play basketball, where I have achieved many personal and collective achievements, but also where I learned values such as team spirit and cooperation, leadership, communication, spirit of sacrifice and dedication that contributed to my evolution as a person.

I began my career in the labor market at IKEA, providing services in the area of food. I performed wedding services and baptisms in the company Gémeos Catering, which allows me to develop a formal contact with the client, the identification and satisfaction of their needs, reaction capacity in pressure environment and teamwork.

Later I developed a bread delivery service project at home, where I was responsible for the design of the brand image.

My first contact with the job market in my area of training was in the company Grupo Zerca, of civil construction.

During these five months I worked as a graphic designer, where I developed projects regarding the visual identity of the company.
After that experience I worked five months at Surgeon Mate, a tech company that develop medical technology, where I was responsible to design the website, and the brand image. (surgeonmate.com).

After that experience I worked in the company IdiomPlus in part-time, where I created the experience of the Portuguese idiom course and I was in charge of the graphic design of the company (websites, social media content).
