Krista Wells

I split my time between Nova Scotia, Canada and Portugal. I draw, paint, sculpt, take photographs, make relief prints, and mosaics. I am co-founder of the collective, Art Lab Studios & Gallery, in Parrsboro, Nova Scotia. I am often commissioned to do pet portraits (dogs, cats, 4-toed pygmy hedgehogs - I love ‘em all!). I've written and illustrated several books, created book cover art and poster designs. I work in a range of styles and media - whatever the project calls for in order to tell the story visually.
