Hi, I’m an Iyengar yoga Teacher based in Fife Scotland. I want to develop an online resource of yoga classes and tutorials to help people learn and benefit from Iyengar Yoga.

I qualified as an Iyengar yoga teacher in 2020. Prior to this, I was a chartered marketer with the CIM, working in a radio station. There I learned how to create scripts for reading on air, mainly for promotions and sponsorships. As a Yoga Teacher, my voice is a tool and an important part of the class. I can use my voice to energise the class and ask more effort from the students, or I can use it to soften and relax my students.
