Experience Designer

We’re looking for a digital experience designer (UX, UI or UX/UI) to join our team in sunny Barcelona. You’ll work across a variety of projects—from websites to mobile apps—crafting thoughtful, user-centered designs.

We’re after someone with a solid eye for detail, good taste, and a few years of experience under their belt. You should be confident designing in Figma, presenting ideas clearly, and taking full ownership of your work. Autonomy is key—we trust you to drive your things forward.

You should have:
– Around 1–4 years of relevant experience
– A strong portfolio of web/product work
– Solid communication skills in English, Catalan and Spanish (all three is a plus)
– Based in Barcelona (or ability to commute once or twice a week)
– A curious, collaborative mindset

We’d love if you check one of these boxes:
– Passion for UX: research, customer journeys, testing and making magic with wireframes
– Visual thinker with an eye to create beautiful, polished, pixel perfect digital interfaces
– Prototype wizard—whether in Figma or HTML/CSS
