VeraContent is a multilingual content and social media agency specialized in creating and localizing content for global brands. We manage large global social media and content marketing projects for multinational companies operating worldwide.

As a Sales & Account Manager at VeraContent, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for several of our existing accounts as well as a key member in the sales and onboarding processes for new accounts.

A Sales & Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction while supporting our team of Project Managers, as well as creating new project quotes for both new and current clients. This role reports to the Head of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:
Pitching our social media management and strategy services to new clients
Quickly and persuasively responding to inbound requests following the established inbound sales procedures
Scheduling calls, as well as preparing and delivering proposals to potential clients who meet client criteria
Documenting all contact with leads and clients in our CRM, reporting results, analyzing data and communicating with other departments to ensure goals are met
Creating budgets for new and recurring clients while fostering client relationships to be able to provide each account with the best service possible
Networking with global marketing directors at growth companies via outreach and industry events

Account Management:
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with our current social media clients and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service
Checking in with social media client accounts regarding their satisfaction through one-on-one meetings and quarterly surveys. Identifying ways to serve them better, and offer complimentary services.
Sharing client feedback with the relevant project managers and making sure client concerns are addressed
Preparing and sending out new social media management and strategy project proposals to current clients
Connecting with your key clients periodically in-person, either at our annual client event, or by visiting their offices

What we’re looking for:

Deep understanding of the content and social media marketing industry and ability to articulate VeraContent’s unique position within it. Previous relevant B2B sales experience, especially selling social media services, is highly preferred.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, and at least some knowledge of Spanish. Most of our clients are English-speaking but some only speak Spanish.
Excellent judgment and sharing of our values for quality work and client service
Strong organization skills and experience working with a CRM to track leads, conversions and next actions
Strong analytical skills, able to make sense of numbers to make data-based decisions
Tenacity and sense of urgency, with the ability to make things happen quickly with clients who are often larger and less nimble
Flexible and comfortable in a changing, fast-paced environment. Willing to adapt to new tools and processes.
A shared passion for writing and languages—knowing additional languages (besides English and Spanish) is a big plus

Flexibility to work from home, from anywhere in or near the CET time zone as long as you can attend our quarterly meetings in Madrid. Note that if you live outside Madrid, travel to Madrid for the quarterly meetings would not be covered by the company. Any other travel to visit clients or attend events would be covered.
