I am a fashion designer and teacher, I love to make things with my hands and see creations come to life. My new creative obsession is creative mindful movement practice, I’m trying to find a way to merge the tangible creativity with the instantaneous creativity of movement practice. I am trying to step outside of my comfort zone and learn some new creative outlets and skills and also master some that have fallen by the wayside.
