Judith Horth

I'm a retired teacher of English and my husband and I have two adult sons who are both writers. I had always wanted to write - I enjoyed writing stories at school and was a voracious reader, but when I left school I stopped writing: life just got in the way and I could never decide what to write. When I retired, I told myself that this was my time to find out if I could write, so I first joined a writing workshop and then took a University level creative writing course. This resulted in my one and only novel, a comedy set in an English village in 1930 about a hopelessly lazy vicar and his struggles to win the respect of his parishioners and his Bishop, and the love of his former sweetheart.
