José Hidasi Neto

Graduated in Biological Sciences and Master and PhD in Ecology and Evolution from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), Brazil. Three-time Scientific Initiation scholarship holder (PIBIC) at the Community Ecology and Functioning Lab (2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2011-2011). Twice winner of the UFG Award for Best Scientific Initiation, winner of the SBPC/GO (Brazilian Society for the Progress of Science) Science Popularization Award and first place in the Doctoral Selection in Ecology and Evolution at UFG. Interested in the following topics: Community Ecology, Conservation Biology, Bird Ecology and Functional and Phylogenetic Diversity. Currently, postdoc in Ecology and Evolution, Federal University of Goiás.
