Gabriel works as a filmmaker in “La Jaula Visual”, an audiovisual production company aimed at portraying vulnerable population. In his company, he has produced several short films, spots and videos for NGOs and institutions such as PROMSEX or CEPESJU. One of his short films called “Juguetes” won the DirecTV Cinema Plus 2016 award as well as many others film awards. His second short film was “Hotel Paraiso” which was selected in more than 20 international film festivals receiving some awards. Among them, “Hotel Paraiso” won the National Short Film Contest organized by the Ministry of Peruvian Culture in 2018. Currently, Gabriel is writting his first feature film called “Two birds one stone” after receiving the “Development of feature film project” award organized by the Ministry of Peruvian Culture.
