I taught art for 25 years to students in grades K-12. I loved teaching art because it gave me the opportunity to explore tools and materials (drawing and painting, printmaking, clay, fiber, etc.) and not focus on one particular medium. Now that I’m retired I spend my days making my own art. I live off the beaten path and am inspired by the serenity that is nature, often beautiful but sometimes depressing. I take it all in.
