about my artwork

The motives of majilinas works show her love for the beauty and variety of the worlds fauna. Her selection of motives have a close relation to the history and the specific atmosphere of the place.
On her artistic travels majilina chooses animals for her works of art, that are important for the country, culture and sign language or reflect her personal connection to the place.
The inspiration for the choice of colours arises out of her feelings, while she explores the field for a new artwork.

By bringing animals to life majilina makes the world more colourful and imaginative.
While her training as a visual designer her skills in craftwork and painting began to blossom and she got introduced to urban art.
She trained as a sign language teacher and inspired sign language form her own countries.
She now is keen on painting big scale murals in which her artworks gain to be very expressive.

As one of the only known female deaf artists in mural art her paintings are a true inspiration for all of us and especially for other deaf people to have the courage for big life time goals and to communicate by expressing oneself artistically.
