For 30 years I've worked in film and TV primarily in LA and London. During those years I wrote, produced, and did post-production work as an edit producer overseeing story content being cut by editors. Several years ago I began dabbling with digital art on a variety of apps and platforms. Finally, 2 years ago I decided to get serious and finally took my first Photoshop class. That was followed by learning the basics in Illustrator, In Design, Dream Weaver, Animate, Premiere Rush and Pro, and now am gaining rudimentary skills with After Effects. Much of my work is collage / montage -- still and moving images. That's why I signed up for this course. I hope to use it to create a title sequence for a TV show I'm developing. The series will rely heavily on imagery digitally manipulated and I need to understand possibilities with AE.
