I have always been a visual person meaning my surroundings are critical to my mood and feelings.
In high school my very cutting edge teacher introduced me to Chicago Art Institute and Impressionism! Claude Monet’s work inspired me through his use of color. Previously I had believed my Art should resemble a photograph’s accuracy, or it was no good. I wish to become freer to embrace Abstract as well.
