I spent nearly 30 years in the city working as an economist, but as an avid reader I've always wanted to write myself. I started working on a thriller called Blue Gold - a dystopian James Bond-type adventure set during a world war for water - while working and eventually got it published in 2017. It was followed by 2 more books, to become The Gold Trilogy (Bloodhound Books). Since then, I've tried shifting into children's fiction, writing quest/adventure stories. My middle-grade debut (Pax & The Missing Head) will publish in October 2023 with Tiny Tree.
