Bob Chenoweth

I’m from Houston, Economics graduate of the University of Texas, a former financial advisor, retired after 34 years, and have taken up woodworking as a hobby. My wife, Kathaleen and I have 3 grown children: Robert in Chicago, Carolyn in Tulsa, and Catherine in Austin, and 10 grandchildren. I’ve built out our garage to accommodate a nice workshop and have made a couple of Shaker items from Fine Woodworking plans (coffee table and chest of drawers). I want to make items that are tasteful, but go a bit above and beyond. In other words I want to focus on interesting projects that have an extra touch. I’ve always appreciated woven pieces from rattan chairs growing up to the woven pieces we aspire to in this course. I look forward to your course!
