What's included in this course?

You will begin by getting to know the work and influences of Marta Armada and her web design studio, Swwweet.

Then you will enter a brief introduction about HTML, CSS, browsers and media that will be the starting point to start exploring the possibilities of new web techniques that are made possible through HTML5 and CSS3.

You will start knowing the semantics and forms in HTML5, and then go deeper into the decorating tools such as rounded edges, gradients and shadows.

Later you will discover the tools of video, audio and images responsive . Also the transitions, transformations and animations, new selectors and layout tools such as flexbox and calc ().

What is this course project about?

The final project consists in creating a web page of free design, as a synthesis of the different subjects that you will see throughout the course.

This course is aimed at web designers, programmers, graphic designers and all those people who feel comfortable writing HTML and CSS, but who want to improve their skills. It is not necessary to have a very high level and design knowledge is not essential either.

Also to those who have taken the Javier Usobiaga course Introduction to Responsive Web Development with HTML and CSS and want to delve into the subject matter of Marta Armada.

Requirements

For this course you need previous knowledge that allows you to comfortably write HTML and CSS. You will need a computer and your favorite code editor.
