Javier Medellín Puyou, better known as Jilipollo, is an illustrator—although he’s an architect by profession—, has over 10 years of experience in working in the field, namely in editorial illustration, campaigns for brands, posters for the music and film industry, fashion illustration, and more.
He is passionate about popular graphics from other countries, as well as all pop culture related to cinema, fashion, music, common objects, literature, photography, politics, and other, reflecting these into his work in a subtle way.
Among his clients are ESPN, Google plus, Lufthansa Airlines, Aeroméxico, Variety Magazine, Vans, BOOST, Tasveer, Banamex, Coca Cola, Arizona Theatre Company, Revista Aire, Travel and Leisure Magazine, Dockers, Nescafé, Accent magazine, and many more.
