Start by getting to know Carolina and Eduardo and their career paths, their products, and companies, as well as discover the books, music and other artistic expressions that inspire them. They also talk to you about the final project that you'll carry out in this course and walk you through the materials needed, learning a little about different applications.

In the second unit, start preparing your workspace, separating safety materials and tools. Perform an exercise creating a small piece to understand the fundamental processes of concrete: making a mold, basic mixing and pouring, demolding, and detailing.

Deepen your knowledge by creating a side table. Start by sketching and defining the dimensions of your piece. Then, prepare the mixture, pour, and unmold, with recommendations to protect and maintain your piece.

Finally, Carolina and Eduardo give you a series of tips on how to take care of your side table and fix any possible cracks and damages. Also, review everything learned and discover more ideas for your next concrete projects.

What is this course's project?

Create a concrete modular side table.

The design that you'll learn is easily adaptable to other shapes and dimensions, so you can create different pieces of furniture and objects once the course is finished.
