Santos defines himself as an "animal portraitist", with years of experience in advertising photography and since 2008 dedicated exclusively to animal photography. He has worked for clients such as Affinity, Purina, Cotécnica, Natures Variety and Visán, making unique photographs of pets with a fresh, elegant and fun style that leaves no one indifferent. Most of his work focuses on dog photography, cat photography and equestrian photography, although he is always in search of new territories, such as the world of birds.
In addition to his commercial work, he also has personal projects related to the art world. He has exhibited in galleries in Spain such as Standarte (Madrid), Setba (Barcelona), Mediadvanced (Gijón) and the United States such as Rollup (San Francisco) or Affordable Art Fair (New York). His artistic work seeks to reflect on the relationship that people build with animals, seeking to glimpse the "personality" of the subject based on the idea of psychological portrait.
