Introduction to macro photography
“This is all friends! In this course I have explained the most important theoretical concepts so that you can understand well what macro photography is. Always keep in mind the concept of magnification and its effects on light, depth of field, diffraction, etc. In macro this concept adds to the basics such as shutter speed, diaphragm and sensitivity. In the lessons and attached documents you have seen that there are a lot of professional tools that are used to make these types of photographs. Do not be intimidated by that. As you have seen, in reality, you only need a light source and a suitable objective to launch yourself to practice this technique. You have discovered the focus stacking , a basic macro technique, which will be of great help in the projects under study, especially if you decide to enter the macro of many increases. As you know, macro photography just means photographing small things, and that gives us access to a whole world of techniques, objects and models for photography. The project we have done is only a very small part of that world, and I hope that doing so will help you take the first step towards the unknown. Remember that anything (in the field, in the kitchen, in your room ...) can be something spectacular in macro. I invite you to see the world in a different way, to look at the small details, to practice a lot and, also, to make a lot of mistakes, since it is the best way to learn this discipline. For my part, I will be here in case you need to solve any questions or anything. Ask in the forum and I will answer as soon as I have a moment. I hope you do very well and that you go to the macro, which is a healthy drug! :-) ”
