“Needle and thread techniques Now we will start with sewing techniques. This technique is typically Japanese. To start I tell you that in this technique I will use a pen. This is a ballpoint pen that is normally used for embroidery. It disappears as soon as it has contact with the heat. When we make geometric figures we can use the fabric folded in half and thus we save half the work. In this design I want to make circles and I will use my own cone as a pattern.
