About the video: Cleaning and data processing
Overview
“Unfortunately, the normal thing is that the data we find is not perfect. They will contain errors, non-normalized values, and an infinite number of cases that we will have to learn to manage in order to prepare them for work. We will call this process "cleaning and processing". In this lesson we will see how to use functions of Google Spreadsheets to extract relevant data from one of our columns, and we will see how to start preparing a simple template that will make life easier for us to generate the dataset of our project.”
In this video lesson Victor Pascual addresses the topic: Cleaning and data processing, which is part of the Domestika online course: Introduction to Data Visualization. Create interactive visualizations and learn to represent data from your favorite series.
