We love working with foods that most people wouldn't think about photographing. Things like junk food or simple comfort foods because all of these foods have stories. You can order takeout or go to a bakery. We ordered cakes from a big box store and all we did was add our own icing and vintage decorations for our Maximo's birthday cake scenes.
