“Starting the Vest Pattern We’ll start on the vest pattern now. We’ll make the two shoulders with clove hitch knots and the mesh in the front and back with square knots. Let’s start the shoulders. We’ll take the first cord that we have at the outer edge and bring it across as a filler along all the lark’s head knots we have in this part. We’ll tie it with clove hitches like I explained in a previous lesson. We‘ll bring the cord over the filler and make our collapsed D to then bring it inside and pull.
