“Wood effect In this lesson I am going to explain how to achieve a wood effect. It really is a very simple process and yet it is superb. For this wood effect we need wax, a colored wax, and a brush. We could also do it with a cloth, as I have explained before in the waxing. However, with this technique, I like to work with a brush because it helps me get to the bottom, to the groove, of the brushstroke. We apply a little wax on the brush and we apply it horizontally.
