Begin by getting acquainted with your teacher, Becky Cas. She’ll take you through some of her greatest achievements, including a previous course with Domestika. She also guides you through some of her inspirations, which might motivate you too.
Once that’s done, learn about isometric drawing —which is a 2D representation of a 3D object. Becky also gives you a quick walkthrough of the materials you’ll need. Then, fill your mood board with all the kawaii inspiration you can find and design your cutesy character.
Next, start your isometric room and go through some Procreate tools. Have a look at lineart work, shadows, and highlights as well. Once you finish that, polish it off with some decoration and final touches.
