“We're going to begin by cutting a length of rope and anchoring it to the top of the garment wrap just like we did on your sample piece and then I'm going to show you a fun trick to cut all of the filler ropes really quickly to then tie those on to the anchor rope with Lark's Head knots. So I'm going to start first by tying the anchor rope across the width of the garment rack. So I've already cut a piece of rope for this purpose and it is approximately five feet.
