Mildred Hankinson te da las bases para dibujar la figura humana, te va explicando el proceso comenzando con líneas sencillas, luego en formas tridimensionales hasta lograr volumen, todo un proceso para llegar a buen retrato de cuerpo entero.

I feel that the instructor was very competent. She went to great lengths to explain her thinking. I was distracted by the model and all of her tattoos. Couldn’t she have picked a model without markings like that?

Curso bom. Mas eu gostaria que ela enfocasse mais a questão de proporção entre as partes anatômicas . Creio que isso ficou a desejar. A professora desenhava sem medir nada , e o trabalho ficava com proporções perfeitas. Claro que isso se deve à imensa experiência da professora. Mas creio que deveria haver uma explicação mais detalhada na tomada das proporções. Quanto ao ensino da técnica em si e ao sombreamento, tudo perfeito.

This is an outstanding course with an engaging teacher who demonstrates mastery of figure drawing and communicates this to the student very effectively. The course pace is perfect and the technique for performing rime-limited sketches is not something I have seen demonstrated so well. It was a pleasure to watch her draw. At my stage of drawing, this course provided very useful tips and is one of the best courses I have ever taken.

An excellent course, along the lines of Shane Wolfe's figure drawing course.

As it states at the description, this course is for everyone who is interested in figure drawing. I would say that some anatomy knowledge is required, but information provided in this course is enough to start practicing. This course has really helpful demonstrations and Mildren is very methodical in explaining how to move from simple shapes into more complex ones with planes and values in mind. This course will be helpful for structural artists to find balance in the figure and its environment.

Interessante cursus voor wie zich graag wil verdiepen in het tekenen van het menselijk lichaam. Alles wordt al tekenend getoond en uitgelegd. Ik raad deze cursus zeker aan 😉

Excellent course. The instructor is very well versed and dynamic in her teaching style. I've finished the course and will certainly browse through the chapters again for reference.

very pedagogical

She knows the anatomy but does not bog down the beginner with too much of it. I was able to make some very satisfactory sketches right off the bat. Now I do not have to avoid people in my artwork.
