“drawing analysis Finally, we are going to do a little analysis, not only about the reference photo, but also about our drawing and process. On the one hand, I always recommend change the reference photo to black and white. Why is this? Because we are going to be working with graphite and only with tones of lights and shadows. We are not going to work in colors and that makes our work much easier. If we had the color photo, we should be thinking and reasoning if, for example, the pinkness of the lips it is lighter or darker than the earth of the cheekbones.
