“THE PAPER CREATIVE Hello, I am Ariadine, I'm from Santos, on the coast of São Paulo, and I work with the paper cutting technique, or crié, since 2012. I started experimenting with collage and little by little I turned the clippings into paper lace. This work is very similar with the work that my Portuguese grandmothers and great-grandmothers did, especially in embroidery, knitting and crochet.
