“In this lesson I will show you my way of creating colors so that they are natural for botanical watercolor. In botanical watercolor we will always use at least two colors, we will never use a pure color coming out of the tube which would be too flashy, not natural at all, so we will use at least two and maybe a maximum five or six pigments mixed because then the color is too complicated, the eye cannot reach too much to analyze, so I recommend a minimum of two colors and a maximum of six.
