“In this lesson I will show you how to retouch the exposure by area, with the Dodge and Burn tools. Let's see it. We can modify the exposure of an image using the Dodge and Burn tools. These are twin tools, and I say "twin" because they work in exactly the same way, but whereas one tends to lighten the image, overexpose it, the other tends to darken it, that is, underexpose it. And that's a huge advantage because, when we edit an image by area, we will be able to add volume to the areas that need it, or focus the viewer's attention wherever we want.
