Aldo Jarillo is an illustrator and visual artist. Although he started out as an editorial designer, his interest in imagery soon led him to illustration and, from there, he immersed himself fully in the art world. He is passionate about the potential dialog between different elements and the puzzle of turning an idea or emotion into an artwork.
Throughout his career he has collaborated with The New Yorker, Letras Libres, and El Malpensante. He also won the International Illustration Biennial in Ukraine.
