“Simple Drawings Now we’ll start on the good stuff. To start drawing, we will use simple and everyday objects as a reference that you can find at home. As you can see, for this exercise I chose a small figure, a charger, a battery, and a pencil sharpener. When you have your composition, objects, and shadows locked, take a picture of them to make it easier to follow the exercise and so the light doesn’t shift as you work. For that, we have our notebook. What we'll do is start locking where you're going to start drawing. Since the composition is square, I'll start in the corner of my notebook....”
