About the final project for: Surreal Fantasy Landscapes in 3D

Create an Experimental Art Piece in 3D

“Thank you so much for taking this course, I hope you had fun and learned a lot. The techniques I showed you are things that I use all the time when building environments for clients. Now it's your turn to create three unique fantasy landscapes and animate a quick-zoom warping effect that pulls the viewer through them. Let me show you an example of how I would like to see the presentation of your ideas: References Find references and decide the theme of your scenes. I highly encourage you to create your sketches first.

The Terrain Build your basic terrain using World Creator.
Cinema 4D Import the terrain into Cinema 4D and set up the lights, camera, and textures. Populate your scene with foliage using Forester. Model any architecture or structures. Create any FX you'd like.
Rendering Render your sequences. Finally, composite the shots in After Effects.
Share your project on the forum by clicking the "Create your project" button. I will look at your publications as soon as possible and answer any doubts that need clarification. In the meantime, I encourage you to see what your fellow students have been up to and comment on their posts! See you soon!”
