I was really happy with how everything was explained and presented so clearly, and how we, as students, could follow the process through step by step. Also, seeing how to build a bank of resources was helpful for thinking about creating good composition when it comes to Botanical Illustration.

I am so pleased with this course. Helena explains how to layer the paint to achieve the desired result. I am now looking at my subject matter in a new light-layering paint instead of going straight for a dark tone. I am new to watercolor, and I am definitely happy with my finished project.
