This is a canvas I bought already prepared. a cotton sheet stretched tightly over a wooden frame. Even though it's prepped. i still take time to examine and adjust it before starting. I prefer to do my own preparation since the canvas is quite rough and absorbs a lot of paint. This allows me to ensure it's ready for the painting process.
