Amigurumi Design: Create Crochet Characters

Elisa Ems-Domenig is an Austrian amigurumi designer. With her brand, Lulu loves the moon, she sells crochet patterns and knitted figures, especially of animals. She lives at the foot of the Alps, surrounded by nature, and this is reflected in her style: her designs are captivatingly simple, with natural tones. For her, the figures are not just toys, but are transformed into living characters through her creative process.

Her amigurumi patterns have been published in crochet magazines and books all over the world. After one of her Instagram posts featuring her Bunny Pumpkin figure went viral in a short space of time, new collaborations with brands such as Wollplatz and Germany's best-known specialist magazine, Verena, began to emerge.
