Nature-inspired Patterns: From Sketch to Photoshop

Frédérique Vernillet is an illustrator based in Paris. Fascinated by living forms, she has been drawing since she was old enough to hold a pencil. Later, she trained in textile design, where she mastered working with digital tools.

Her lavish illustrations show great precision and give animals and vegetation the spotlight. Thanks to her talent, the artist has dressed the windows of Printemps Haussmann, in addition to collaborating with major public and private brands including Ikea, L'Occitane, and La Poste and illustrating a book on birds: L'art d'être un oiseau.
