“Now that we have the chrome effect applied to our main text, in this lesson I'll show you how to make it sparkle thanks to the points of light that we're going to create with Photoshop brushes. Let's begin. The first thing I want to do before creating the light brushes is to add a sort of external glow both the upper and lower part of our writing. To do this we select both our folders, Command J and duplicate our layers, right key, Merge Layers. At this point we click Filter, blur, Gaussian blur.
