About the final project for: Photo Book Design: From Concept to Binding

Photo Book Design: From Concept to Binding

“During the lessons I taught you all the secrets to create a perfect photo book, now it's your turn! Follow these basic steps to complete your project. I invite you not to just copy my example, but to experiment and invent something new. When you design your photo book, have fun thinking about it in every aspect, try to choose which elements you want to tell your story with. Select the most effective images and put them in sequence to tell the experience you want to suggest.

Then insert the texts finding a balance with the photographs present. Then choose the right typography, book format and build the layout.
Finally decide on the materials, the type of binding and create the cover.
In all these steps remember to always keep your concept in mind! Now share your project on the forum! Show everyone both the final result and the processing steps, documenting each step with an image and describing what you did with a brief explanation. As soon as possible, I will be happy to comment on your work. Look at the projects of colleagues and encourage them by commenting on what they have shared: do not miss the precious opportunity to interact with the creative community. Thanks again for making this journey with me!”

It is an object with its own physicality and tactility and its components are to be designed to create an experience for the reader. Now it's up to you. When you design your photo book, have fun thinking about it in every asp...”
